PAYMENT SCHEDULE:  

By entering The Beauty Awards 2026 you confirm you understand your commitment and will meet payment schedule as set out below: 

INITIAL PRODUCT ENTRY

Pricing structure:

Entry Fee:

• From 30 March 2026 to 26 April 2026 – Super Early Bird Rate – £176 + VAT
• From 27 April 2026 to 29 May 2026 – Early Bird Rate – £200 + VAT
• From 30 May 2026 to 27 July 2026 – Standard Rate – £235 + VAT

You must provide six full-sized products that you enter. These products will be evaluated and tested by our expert judges. Categories may be subject to change and The Beauty Awards reserves the right to reallocate entries as appropriate.

SHORTLISTED PRODUCTS

If your product makes the Shortlist, you will be invoiced

• 1 Category – £2655 + VAT
• 2 – 3 Categories – £2300 + VAT per category
• 4 + Categories – £2000 + VAT per category

This includes: 

• Inclusion of product image and details in The Beauty Awards Digital Shortlist Showcase. 
• Inclusion of product image and details on The Beauty Awards voting site, hosted at beautyawards.co.uk  
• Two all-inclusive tickets for the Awards Ceremony and gala dinner on the evening of 23rd November 2026.  
• Use of the official Shortlisted logo (only in association with the shortlisted product).  

We also require a minimum of 250 full-sized products for inclusion in our Goody Bags which will be gifted to attendees of the Beauty Awards Ceremony. Delivery details will be confirmed at a later date. 

HIGH COMMENDED & WINNERS

If your product wins a category, you will be invoiced for an additional £977.00 + VAT per product in November.

This includes:

• On-stage presentation by celebrity host – winners will be announced at the highly publicised exclusive awards ceremony and dinner
• Winners showcase – your product will be featured in The Beauty Awards 2026 Winners Showcase brochure, which will be included in our famous goody bags and digitally distributed in December 2026 – perfect timing for the key Christmas sales period
• Promotion via our social media and marketing channels and via Beauty Magazine
• The Beauty Awards Winner logo to showcase across your website and product packaging
• You’ll be interviewed and receive your own Winners Vox Pop video to use as part of your marketing and communications activities post event
• Inclusion of Winner/Highly Commended product image and details for 1 year at beautyawards.co.uk 

If your product is Highly Commended, you will be invoiced for £803.00 + VAT in November.

This covers:  

• On-stage recognition during the exclusive awards ceremony and dinner
• Promotion via our social media and marketing channels and via Beauty Magazine
• The Beauty Awards Highly Commended logo to showcase across your website, socials and product packaging
• Inclusion of Winner/Highly Commended product image and details for 1 year at beautyawards.co.uk 

You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the official The Beauty Awards logo(s) and understand that you are not being given permission to use these or the Beauty Magazine logo independently. To use the official logo outside of the parameters stated, you must request express permission from The Beauty Awards directly.  

TICKETS: 

Tickets include a welcome Drinks Reception, a 3-course meal and unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks, and a Goody Bag.

Companies purchasing 10 tickets will have an exclusive table. Any tables under 10 or any additional tickets above 10 may be accommodated on shared tables. Special requests for tables of 12 can be made; however, these are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed at time of booking. Tables are limited in number and subject to availability.    

Additional tickets for The Beauty Awards 2026 ceremony can be purchased at a price of £399.00 + VAT per ticket.

Full payment for tickets must be received before the event.

Tickets will be mailed one month before the event or after full payment has been made.

Admission is strictly by ticket only. The Beauty Awards and the venue reserve the right to refuse admission to people with or without a ticket.

GOODY BAGS 

Goody Bags will be available to collect in person from 22.45 on the evening of 23rd November. Only one Goody Bag per person. We regret that Goody Bags cannot be posted out in the event that a guest is unable to attend or needs to leave early.  No cash alternative can be provided.
