So getting the opportunity to work on a TV show such as BBC Three’s Glow Up was a dream come true. “Not only am I able to help develop skills and give constructive feedback to a group of inspiring new artists, Glow Up also lets me show the world all the incredible paths that being a makeup artist can take you. It’s shone a torch on the beauty world and shown it as a credible career.”
Growing up, life as an artist was always his goal. “I always wanted to be an artist living in Paris in a cold and lofty apartment, victimised by the weather, that was always the plan. However, the poetic vision would never hold up against the cold hard reality.” He went to art school and got into photography but he became obsessed “with the idea of makeup as an addition to the image rather than something separate.” And then M.A.C. happened.
As for his trademark curlicue moustache, it’s kept in place with sheer will and un-discouraged faith, plus a little hair product combed through with a disposable mascara wand.

Dr Zoe Williams MBBS, DRCOG, MRCGP graduated from medical school in 2007. She has gained experience in many specialist fields within medicine and currently practices as an NHS General Practitioner. Zoe is a National Advisor to the government’s Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (formerly Public Health England) and has served as a clinical advisor to the RCGP, and is one of the resident Doctors on ITV’s This Morning. She has featured as an expert on the BBC’s The One Show, Horizon and Trust Me I’m a Doctor. Zoe specialises in debunking the confusing world of medicine, in a fun and entertaining way.
In 2017 Zoe founded the charity Fit4Life, which aims to increase the aspirations of young people by providing mentors and co-creating physical activity programmes with them.
As one of the countries most valued professionals in lifestyle medicine and physical activity, Zoe’s expertise has seen her working as an advisor to the UK Health Security Agency, the NHS, the Royal College of GPs as well as some of the UK’s largest brands, including BUPA, Garmin, Estee Lauder, Elastoplast and Tesco.

She has featured as an expert on the BBC’s The One Show, Horizon and Trust Me I’m a Doctor. Zoe specialises in debunking the confusing world of medicine, in a fun and entertaining way.
In 2017 Zoe founded the charity Fit4Life, which aims to increase the aspirations of young people by providing mentors and co-creating physical activity programmes with them.
As one of the countries most valued professionals in lifestyle medicine and physical activity, Zoe’s expertise has seen her working as an advisor to the UK Health Security Agency, the NHS, the Royal College of GPs as well as some of the UK’s largest brands, including BUPA, Garmin, Estee Lauder, Elastoplast and Tesco.
In 2023 Zoe launched her own healthcare podcast series ‘The Doctor Will Hear You Now’ in which she speaks with celebrities who are affected by common health conditions. By increasing knowledge and understanding the podcast’s aim has been to create empathy and kindness and help to quash stigma.
Zoe has written for numerous publications on health, fitness and diet including Marie Claire, Stylist magazine, Hello magazine and Waitrose magazine. She currently has a weekly column in The Sun and her debut book, ‘You Grow Girl’, reached #1 in Amazon’s Children’s best seller list in June 2023.

Sophie Lee

Sophie Lee is a UK influencer and model based in Manchester. In 2018, she suffered severe facial burns following an accident performing a fire breathing stunt. She has since developed a keloid tumour and has undergone both chemotherapy and surgery as part of her treatment. In overcoming the accident and dealing with the cancer diagnosis she has turned the experience into a positive one. Sophie has refused to let her scars get in her way and has gone on to be an advocate of spreading self-love and positive mental health. She works closely with the Katie Piper Foundation and has worked with such brands as: Look Fantastic, GlamourUK and Missguided and has a strong social media following including approximately 100,000 followers on IG.
In April 2024 Sophie published a memoir of her experiences entitled ‘In My Skin’.
